You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

"unknown" - I am not quite sure what you are referring to. Maybe I can help clarify. I am selling chocolate/toffee covered strawberries $20/2dzn and chocoholic cupcakes for $15/dzn.
If you would like me to pipe the frosting to look like roses, that will be an additional $5/dzn.
